SteinMore PTY LTD has been approached by Green Trading to develop and build a complete curing and assembly machine for the M3 unit design of Green Trading’s product.
The main focus was speed and affordability.
The SMFF20-17’s bigger brother, the SMFF60-17 is capable of 180 000 units per 24-hour shift. The SMFF20-17 in this case, is capable of up to 30 000 units per 24-hour shift maximum. Cost has been kept to an affordable level by implementing motion control via microprocessors and stepper controllers. PLC and HMI controls are optional.
